1. What you do?
I help clients move past what’s getting in their way. When a person is ready to challenge how they think, discover what they are tripping over, explore new possibilities, create rich dynamic relationships and up their game to the next level, I help them do it!
2. Who are your clients?
I work primarily with professionals and business owners.
3. How would you define your niche?
I work with professionals who want to be overall more effective and have a richer life. The work clients do with me positively impacts both their professional and personal lives.
4. What do your clients want most often from coaching?
Clients come to me because they’ve hit a wall and are experiencing something painful. They’re using tools that have worked in the past but are no longer effective. Using cutting edge theories, research, and ideas, I help clients expand their boundaries, and create what they want.
5. You “create conscious, connected lives.” What do you mean by conscious?
Being conscious, in my practice, simply means having the ability to stand back and objectively assess yourself and the impact of your actions. This is fundamental to achieving different and improved results from those you’ve been getting.
6. Do you work more with men or women?
I specialize in working with accomplished women who are struggling in some aspect of their life. I’m very interested in supporting feminine influence in our culture.
But, I often work with some pretty amazing men in leadership positions who specifically want to work with me because of my training and perspective in human potential and relationships.
7. How effective is coaching in getting the results people want?
Very! As clients let go of fear and move beyond where they’re were stuck, their perspective of what’s true changes along with the tools they use. They gain confidence in thinking differently. When this happens, I see incredible changes in their overall effectiveness in getting what they want. The place I see the greatest results is in their connection with people and in the intimacy of their relationships.
8. What makes you an effective coach?
Most people seek me out because of my own personal journey of struggle. I hit a wall and doing all the “right” things and couldn’t move past it with the tools I had. It was very painful. I was determined to figure it out and was willing to challenge every belief I had to do it. I gave up a career, studied, sought mentors, and earned a master’s degree. I learned a lot. As it turns out we are all meant to continually evolve or we get stuck! I can expedite this process for clients.
Also, I have created an amazing life, both personally and professionally and clients want to work with someone who they know as actually done what they want for themselves.
9. What’s your formal training?
I have a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology; I’m a certified Awakening Coach and a Deeper Love Coach. I also have a degree in the social sciences and education.
10. I’m looking for a coach, how do I know if you’re a good fit for me?
Are you stuck? Have you suffered enough? Are you willing to look at yourself? Are you ready to challenge beliefs you’ve adopted as truth?
Are you ready to move beyond conventional wisdom to a place of joy and vast possibilities? Would it be okay with you to have what you want? Would it be okay with you to live an exceptional life?
Are you willing to work for it?
If so, perhaps working with me would be a good fit for you!
Are you an executive coach?
Yes, I’m executive coach.
Do you work with couples?
Yes, but I only accept couples who are committed to their current relationship. And both people must to be willing to do their own personal work.
Are you a therapist?
No, I‘m a coach. I don’t’ have any training or interest in dysfunctional behaviors or abnormal psychology.
Are coaches licensed by a state board?
No. Coaching is not regulated and no licensing is required, other than a business license.
How do you select your clients?
I interview potential clients by phone to see if they are a good fit for me and vice versa.
Do you work with clients over the phone or do you have an office?
Both, I have an office where I meet with local clients, but that doesn’t work for many of my clients so we meet by phone and sometimes I’ll use Google Hangouts.
